Production manager / заведующий производством

Условия:

• Office location – Moscow, metro Tekstilshiki.
• Basic monthly salary 120-140KRUB Gross (depends on experience), 15% annual bonus depending on achieved corporate & personal results.

Требования:

• focus on results
• min. 5 years experience in production companies
• structured, systematic, good organizational skills,
• GMP awareness
• good business understanding
• fluent English
• driver’s license.

Обязанности:

• Production process management (planning, standards implementation, equipment maintenance control, EHS standards)
• Managing subcontractors (suppliers\maintenance team)
• Production efficiency
• Ensure further development
• Team motivation & development (production staff & logistics, in total 10 people)
• Customer support on request
• Participation in other projects (audits, reconstruction, etc.)
• GM substitution during vacations
